Throughout Paul’s journey, many of his most cherished moments have been childhood holiday memories growing up in Des Arc, Ark. Those magical moments around the dinner table, the aroma of a fresh baked pie at his grandparents’ home, or the excitement of selecting and decorating the family Christmas tree each season have inspired him throughout his life.
After graduating from the University of Arkansas and building a successful career in sales, Paul returned to his native Des Arc and his beloved family to establish Lux Fragrances, a luxury candle brand, and Deck the Halls Y’all, a wholesale holiday decor line. His love of all things Christmas inspired him to hold a warehouse sale in his hometown to share some of his favorite decor items and inspire others. What once started as a small tent sale for friends and family is now a massive warehouse sale that takes place over six weeks, attracting more than 25,000 holiday shoppers from seven states.
Now Paul is sharing the magic behind the warehouse sale and creating memorable holiday moments by bringing new sources of inspiration via Paul Guess Live.
Paul’s love for creative design and gift giving shapes everything he does. He travels the world every year to find the most talented artisans, designers and creators so he can bring their wonderful work back home. Each product he sells is a work of art crafted from the heart and inspired by Paul’s own experiences and passion for the holidays.
Today his goal is simple: Help families create their own magical holiday moments and build those memories that have inspired his own life.
